Our Terms and the withdrawal policy apply to every purchase. At checkout you tick a box to get your key right away. Your right of withdrawal then ends early only under the conditions the withdrawal policy lists, which include a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium. To withdraw, use Vertrag widerrufen.
Widerruf & Kündigung – kurz erklärt / Withdrawal & cancellation in brief
- Einmalkauf, kein Abo. Beide Lizenzen kaufen Sie mit einer einmaligen Zahlung: kein Abo, keine automatische Verlängerung, keine automatische Abbuchung. Die Lizenz „Premium – 3 Monate“ endet einfach 90 Tage nach der ersten Aktivierung, die Lifetime-Lizenz endet nicht.
- 14 Tage Widerrufsrecht. Als Verbraucher haben Sie bei jedem Online-Kauf ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen. Weil wir den Schlüssel sofort liefern, kann es schon mit der Lieferung vorzeitig erlöschen – aber nur, wenn Sie im Checkout per Häkchen der sofortigen Lieferung zugestimmt und die Vertragsbestätigung erhalten haben (die Rechnung, die Stripe Ihnen nach der Zahlung per E-Mail schickt).
- „Vertrag widerrufen“: Diese Schaltfläche schreibt das Gesetz seit dem 19. Juni 2026 vor (§ 356a BGB). Gebraucht wird sie vor allem, wenn etwas schiefgegangen ist – zum Beispiel, wenn Sie bezahlt, aber keinen Schlüssel bekommen haben.
- „Verträge hier kündigen“ (§ 312k BGB): Eine Kündigung beendet die Lizenz. Sie ist kein Widerruf und erstattet von sich aus nichts, was Sie bereits bezahlt haben.
- Bestätigung per E-Mail. Widerrufe und Kündigungen bestätigen wir Ihnen per E-Mail.
Verbindlich sind die AGB und die Widerrufsbelehrung.
- One-time purchases, no subscription. You buy both licences with a single payment: no subscription, no automatic renewal, no automatic debit. The “Premium – 3 months” licence simply ends 90 days after its first activation; the Lifetime licence does not end.
- 14-day right of withdrawal. As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for every online purchase. Because we deliver the key right away, the right can end early with that delivery — but only if you ticked the box at checkout to agree to immediate delivery and you have received the confirmation of the contract (the invoice Stripe e-mails you after payment).
- Vertrag widerrufen: The law requires this button (section 356a BGB, since 19 June 2026). You will mostly need it if something went wrong — for example, you paid but did not get a key.
- Verträge hier kündigen (section 312k BGB): A cancellation ends the licence. It is not a withdrawal and does not by itself refund anything you have already paid.
- Confirmation by e-mail. We confirm withdrawals and cancellations to you by e-mail.

How do I get my key?
Right after payment you land on a page that shows your licence key. Redeem it in the app to unlock Premium.
When does my 3-month key start and end?
Its 90 days start when you first activate the key in the app, not when you buy it. When they are over, Premium ends and nothing is charged again. Buy another key whenever you want more time.
Is this a subscription?
No. Both plans are one-time payments: you pay once at checkout, and nothing renews or is charged automatically later. Lifetime never expires.
I already have a 1, 3, 6 or 12-month key.
It keeps working until its time runs out — nothing changes for you.
Can I use my key on more than one PC?
No — one PC per key. The key is bound to the PC you first activate it on. Moved to a new PC? Open a ticket on Discord and it can be rebound by hand.
Can I withdraw from my purchase?
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content such as a licence key it can end early, but only if we start delivering the key after your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right, and we have given you a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (section 356(6) BGB). You give both with a checkbox on the Stripe checkout page before you pay. To withdraw, use Vertrag widerrufen; details and the model withdrawal form are on the withdrawal page.
